Scheduling, billing, insurance questions Top Tier. Fibiola, Alyssa, Jennifer, if I cant remember my Anesthesiologist name is because she did her job so well !!! To the Star of the show Dr.Shaw for the first surgery in my life you went up and beyond to make sure I felt heard,and seen,best doctor I've ever encountered and that says a lot since I work with doctors all over the United States! I dont live in Texas but I flew in to be taken care of by the best, and it was the best decision I could have made for my care. Thank you so much to everyone that helped me in the process. The receptionist and nurse practitioner, Esther have been extremely thorough and friendly. Esther is patient in explaining fibroids and the steps of the procedure. She takes her time and makes sure you understand and answers any questions you may have. So far 10/10.

Update: Dr. Cathryn Shaw is amazing. She’s personable and explains everything in very simple way. She doesn’t rush or become impatient with questions. A very sweet lady with a light sense of humor.
